The user must read, understand and accept all the conditions set forth in these terms and conditions. The use of the web page -your visit or navigation in it- constitutes a declaration regarding the understanding and full and unrestricted acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions.
This web page, hereinafter the website, is for informational purposes only, so the user understands that, if he/she wishes to make purchases of the products marketed by MAREX, the sale will be made in accordance with paragraph 4 of these terms and conditions. Likewise, the user has free and voluntary access to the following areas of the website: “Contact us”, “Schedule a call” and “Schedule your order”.
The user declares to know and accept that the mere navigation on the website as well as the request for an order in the “Schedule your order” tab does not generate a consumer relationship with MAREX.

4. Conditions applicable to the sale of products
4.1 Schedule your order
Each order submitted constitutes an offer to buy or sell by the User. Orders are subject to availability and discretionary acceptance by MAREX.
User agrees to provide true and accurate information about himself and his order and to submit the form after carefully verifying the information provided in the order summary.
MAREX reserves the right to cancel a purchase order by informing the user within 10 working days of placing the order, via the e-mail address associated with his purchase, of the unavailability of one or more of the products purchased.
4.2 Contractual formalization
The order is only considered as an offer to reach an agreement between the user and MAREX. Once the offer has been accepted by MAREX, a contract of purchase/sale of goods will be formalized.
4.3 Quality and Description
MAREX shall guarantee that the goods:
- Conform in quantity, quality, and description to that set forth in the order;
- Comply with the quality standards.
- Comply in all respects with the legislation in force at the time of delivery.
4.4 Shipments and deliveries
MAREX can support the entire process from origin to destination for both the purchase and sale of products. MAREX has in its network services of analysis, certifications, refining, blending, freight, transportation, storage and financial advice.
The commission for these services will be duly informed by MAREX to the user at the time of placing the order and before signing the contract.
4.5 Delivery terms and dates
The contractual term shall apply not only to the satisfactory delivery of the goods but also to the submission of all documents, technical, administrative or customs clearance related to the order. The delivery date, penalties for delay and/or non-compliance shall be agreed between MAREX and the user and detailed in the contract.
4.6 Payment Methods
MAREX uses third party tools for payment processing. Payments will be made by bank transfer or cashier’s check. Through the website, MAREX will not ask you for sensitive information such as your credit card details.
4.7 Force Majeure
The obligations of the parties, assumed in the contract, will be extinguished if notice is given with more than one month of any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including indefinite strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, natural disasters, among others.
